For unusual large-scale construction projects or complex construction, liability and neighbourhood situations, it is advisable to take out combined project insurance. Project insurance combines all the usual insurance policies of all the parties involved in a single policy with a single insurer, and the client can pass on the premiums to all the parties involved. Construction insurance
